Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 2010
38. In Part I of the Schedule to the Scottish Parliament (Disqualification) Order 2010 (office-holders disqualified from being a member of the Scottish Parliament)(1) omit—
(a)“Chief Executive or member of, or constable seconded to, the Scottish Police Services Authority.”; and
(b)“Director General, Deputy Director General or police member of the Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency.”.
