18. In paragraph 2(2) of schedule 1 to the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (police and fire service accommodation)(1)—
(a)in paragraph (a), for “held” substitute “provided”; and
(b)in paragraphs (a) and (b) for “a police force” substitute “the Police Service of Scotland”.

2001 asp 10. Paragraph 2(2) was inserted by section 154(c) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 17). Paragraph 2 has also been amended by Part 2 of schedule 8 to the Police and Fire Reform (Scotland) Act 2012 (asp 8). There are other amendments to schedule 1 which are not relevant to this Order.
