Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 41B(1)(b)(ii) and (c) and 41D of the Police, Public Order and Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 20061 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 41D(3) of that Act, they have consulted with the persons mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (g) of that subsection.
In accordance with section 103(4)(a) of that Act2, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
