1. This Order may be cited as the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Rural Housing Bodies) Amendment Order 2013 and comes into force on 14th May 2013.
2.—(1) The Schedule to the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003 (Rural Housing Bodies) Order 2004(1) (rural housing bodies prescribed under section 43(5) of the Title Conditions (Scotland) Act 2003) is amended as follows.
(2) Insert in the appropriate place, according to alphabetical order, the following bodies:—
Down to Earth Solutions Community Interest Company; and
West Harris Trust.
(3) Omit “Down to Earth Scottish Sustainable Self Build Housing Association Limited”(2).
