Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2012 and come into force on 2nd April 2012.

Amendment of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Regulations 2008

2.—(1) The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Prescribed Police Stations) (Scotland) Regulations 2008(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1—

(a)for the entry relating to Annan Police Station, substitute—

  • Annan Police Station

    29-31 High Street

    Annan

    DG12 6AD;

(b)for the entry relating to Livingston Police Station, substitute—

  • Livingston Police Station

    West Lothian Civic Centre

    Howden Street South

    Livingston

    EH54 6FF;

(c)for the entry relating to Campbeltown Police Station, substitute—

  • Campbeltown Police Station

    Hazelburn Business Park

    Campbeltown

    PA28 6HA; and

(d)after the entry relating to Saltcoats Police Station in the Strathclyde police area, insert—

  • London Road Police Station

    851 London Road

    Glasgow

    G40 3RX;

  • Easterhouse Police Station

    1 Bogbain Road

    Easterhouse

    Glasgow

    G34 9DU.
