Amendment of the Local Government Pension Scheme (Administration) (Scotland) Regulations 200831
In Schedule 1 (interpretation)—
a
after the definition of “employing authority”, insert—
“enactment” includes an Act of the Scottish Parliament or an instrument made under such an Act;
b
in the definition of “indexing” for “Government Index of Retail Prices” substitute “whatever way may be specified by Order under the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971”; and
c
in the definition of “Scheme employer”, for “regulation 6(6)” substitute “regulation 6(9)”.
