Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2012 and come into force on 1st November 2012.
Amendment of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2003
2. In regulation 3(1) (inspection fees) of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2003(1) for “£32.00” substitute “£33.00”.
