2.—(1) The Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Keeping and Release and Notification Requirements) (Scotland) Order 2012(1) is amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.
(2) In articles 2 and 3, for “Latin” substitute “Scientific”.
(3) For Parts 1 and 2 of Schedule 1, substitute Parts 1 and 2 which are set out in the Schedule to this Order.
