Amendments to the Official Statistics (Scotland) Order 2008
2. For article 2 (official statistics) of the Official Statistics (Scotland) Order 2008(1) substitute—
“2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), wholly Scottish devolved statistics(2) produced, or to be produced, by the persons listed in the Schedule are specified as official statistics for the purposes of section 6(1)(b) of the Statistics and Registration Service Act 2007.
(2) In relation to Sustrans Limited(3), only statistics produced, or to be produced, on behalf of the Scottish Ministers are so specified.”.

“Scottish devolved statistics” is defined in section 66 of the 2007 Act.
Sustrans Limited is a company limited by guarantee registered in United Kingdom No. 01797726 and a charity registered in Scotland No. SCO39236.
