A recommendations report is a report which must include more detailed information on the cost effectiveness of the recommendations made in the energy performance certificate to which it relates.

A recommendations report must not contain any information or data (except for the address of the building) from which a living individual (other than the person issuing it or that person’s employer) can be identified.
