The Ordinary Cause Rules are amended in accordance with the following subparagraphs.

In rule 33A.66(1)(d) (application and interpretation of this Part)25 for “in section 101(7) of the Act of 2004” substitute “in section 12(4)(b) of the Act of 1995”.

In rule 33A.70(1)(b)(i) (citation where address not known)26 for “of section 101(7) of the Act of 2004” substitute “of section 12(4)(b) of the Act of 1995”.
