Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Fire and Rescue Services (Framework) (Scotland) Order 2012 and comes into force on 29th June 2012.
Framework document
2. The document prepared by the Scottish Ministers under section 40(1) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 entitled “Transitional Fire and Rescue Framework for Scotland 2012” which was published in June 2012(1) has effect for the purposes of section 40(4) of that Act.
Revocation
3. The Fire and Rescue Services (Framework) (Scotland) Order 2005(2) is revoked.
