Citation and commencement1

These Regulations may be cited as the Bankruptcy Fees etc. (Scotland) Regulations 2012.

These Regulations come into force—
a
on 1st June 2012 in respect of items 1 and 2 (administration fee) in Part 1, and item 21 (debtor application) in Part 2, of the Table of Fees in Schedule 1; and
b
on 1st July 2012, insofar as not provided for in sub-paragraph (a).
