Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 and come into force on 1st April 2011.
Amendment of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2003
2. In regulation 3(1) (inspection fees) of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2003(1) for “£31.00” substitute “£32.00”.
3. For regulation 3(3) (inspection fees) substitute—
“(3) For the purpose of this regulation, a unit of inspection refers to excavation works only and will be calculated with reference to their duration on the following basis:

| Duration of 15 days or less | 1 |
| Duration of 16 to 30 days | 2 |
| Duration greater than 30 days | 3” |
Revocation
4. The Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010(2) are revoked.
