Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No. 3) Regulations 2010 Revocation Order 2011 and comes into force on 31st March 2011.
Revocation
2. The Non-Domestic Rates (Levying) (Scotland) (No. 3) Regulations 2010(1) are revoked.
