Citation and commencement
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Edinburgh College of Art (Transfer) (Scotland) Order 2011.
(2) This Order with the exception of article 10 comes into force on 1st August 2011.
(3) Article 10 comes into force on 2nd August 2011.
