Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Consequential Amendment) Order 2011 and comes into force on 23rd February 2012.
Amendment of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001
2. In section 109(4) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001(1), after “14A(9)” insert “, 16(5A)(c)”.
