Power of Scottish Ministers to refuse to entertain applications for scheduled monument consent

4.  Paragraph 2B(1) (refusal to entertain certain applications for scheduled monument consent) of Schedule 1 to the 1979 Act(1) applies only to an application made on or after 1st December 2011.
