2. Section 78(5) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005(1) (meaning of “relevant premises”) is amended as follows:—
(a)in paragraph (c) for “subsection (4)” where it first appears, to the end, substitute “paragraph 3 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 except where the service is provided as mentioned in sub-paragraph (1)(c)(ii) of that paragraph;”;
(b)in paragraph (d) for “subsection (5) of that section” substitute “section 10F(1) (a) - (d) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(2)”;
(c)in paragraph (e) for “subsection (9) of that section” substitute “paragraph 6 of schedule 12 to the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010”.
