1. This Order may be cited as the Forced Marriage etc. (Protection and Jurisdiction) (Scotland) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2011 and comes into force on 28th November 2011.
2. 28th November 2011 is the day appointed for the whole of the Forced Marriage etc. (Protection and Jurisdiction) (Scotland) Act 2011 (other than section 19 which is already in force) to come into force.
