Citation and commencement
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Caledonian Maritime Assets (Kennacraig) Harbour Revision Order 2011 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(2) The Caledonian MacBrayne Limited (Kennacraig) Harbour Empowerment Order 2005(1) and this Order may be cited together as the Kennacraig Orders 2005 to 2011.
