2.—(1) The Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Development Planning) (Saving, Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2008(1) is, insofar as it applies to a local plan adopted or approved on or after the date on which this Order comes into force, amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In article 5(2)—
(a)in sub-paragraph (a) for “, 20 to 22, 237 and 238” substitute “and 20 to 22”; and
(b)in sub-paragraph (b) after “23A” insert “, 237 and 238”.
