The Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 2, Transitory, Transitional and Saving Provisions) Order 2011

Citation, commencement and interpretation

2.  In this Order—

“the Act” means the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010; and

“the 1993 Act” means the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1993(1).
