The Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 No. 311

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2011 and come into force on 3rd October 2011.

Amendment of the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2005

2.  In Schedule 2 (Import Inspection Fees (Reduced Rates)) to the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2005(1) omit the entries relating to Mangifera.
