Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 5) Order 2011 and comes into force on 15th August 2011.
Appointed day
2. 15th August 2011 is the day appointed for the following provisions of the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 to come into force:—
(a)section 3 (transfer to certain bodies of functions of Waterwatch Scotland);
(b)section 130 (consultation by water and sewerage services providers);
(c)section 131 (complaints about water services and sewerage services providers);
(d)schedule 2 (transfer of Waterwatch Scotland functions: modifications of enactments); and
(e)schedule 3 (dissolution of Waterwatch Scotland: arrangements for staff, property, etc.).
