Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7A and 62(2) of the Debt Arrangement and Attachment (Scotland) Act 20021 and all other powers enabling them to do so.

A draft of these Regulations has been approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament in accordance with section 62(4) of that Act.
