These Rules may be cited as the Parole Board (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2011 and come into force on 1st May 2011.

These Rules apply to all cases referred to the Board on or after the 1st May 2011.

In paragraph (2) “the Board” has the same meaning as in rule 2(1) of the Parole Board (Scotland) Rules 20012.
