1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Electricity Act 1989 (Requirement of Consent for Hydro-electric Generating Stations) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2011 and comes into force on 1st June 2011
(2) In this Order, “the 1990 Order” means the Electricity Act 1989 (Requirement of Consent for Hydro-electric Generating Stations) (Scotland) Order 1990(1).
