The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section 57(2) of the Representation of the People Act 1983(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:
1.—(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 2010 and comes into force on 11th February 2010.
(2) This Act of Sederunt is to be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.
2.—(1) The court for hearing appeals under section 57(1)(b) of the Representation of the People Act 1983 shall consist of the Right Honourable Lord Eassie, the Right Honourable Lord Clarke and the Honourable Lord Emslie.
(2) The Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 2009(2) is revoked.

This Act of Sederunt appoints three judges to hear registration appeals under section 57 of the Representation of the People Act 1983. It revokes the Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 2009, which previously made such provision.
