2.—(1) In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997;
“the Listed Buildings Act” means the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997; and
“the Hazardous Substances Act” means the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Act 1997.
