3. In section 22(1)(b)(ii) (Traffic regulation for special areas in the countryside) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(1) for the words from “under” to “1972” substitute “by a direction made by the Scottish Ministers under section 263A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997(2)”.
