These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Modification and Discharge of Good Neighbour Agreement) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 and come into force on 1st February 2011.

These Regulations apply to applications made under section 75E of the Act and to appeals made under section 75F of the Act.
