2.—(1) The Rules are amended in accordance with the following subparagraph.
(2) In rule 16.3 (service by messenger-at-arms)(1), in paragraph (3) for “and the document served is left in the hands of a person other than the person on whom service is to be executed, that” substitute “the”.
