2. Paragraph 2 of schedule 1 to the Legal Profession and Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 2007 is amended as follows—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1)(b), for “8” substitute “11”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (3), for “4” substitute “6”; and
(c)in sub-paragraph (4), for “4” substitute “5”.
