The Trustees may, consistently with their duties and subject to such conditions as they think fit, delegate any of their functions to a committee of the Trustees and may from time to time co‑opt a person or persons to assist them in the fulfilment of their duties as Trustees and, if appropriate, pay to that person the usual professional remuneration.
