1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009 (Commencement No. 2 and Savings Provisions) Order 2010.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009; and
“the 1961 Act” means the Flood Prevention (Scotland) Act 1961(1).
