Amendment of the 2004 Regulations13
Schedule 8 (information to be included in practice leaflets) is amended as follows—
a
in paragraph 3, for “shareholders” substitute “members”;
b
after paragraph 3 insert—
3A
In the case of a contract with a limited liability partnership—
a
the names of all the members; and
b
the address of the registered office of the limited liability partnership.
