The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 118(2A)(e), 119(7), 120ZB(1), (2)(a) to (e) and (h) to (j), (2A) and (3)(a), 120A(7), 124A(4), 125(5) and 126(1) of the Police Act 19971 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
