Declaration of special restrictions

2.  Special restrictions(1) apply in relation to the bringing of children into the United Kingdom from the Republic of Haiti in the cases mentioned in section 62(2) of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007.

“Special restrictions” are defined in section 64(1) of the Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007.
