Citation
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2010.
Commencement of section 178(3)(e)
2. The date for the coming into force of section 178(3)(e) of the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 is 16th August 2010 but only in respect of applications for the grant or renewal of licences under paragraph 6 of Schedule 2 to the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982(1) made to the local authority on or after that date.
