The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 23(2)(c) and 26(2)(i) of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004(1) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
1. This Order may be cited as the Additional Support for Learning (Appropriate Agencies and Sources of Information) (Scotland) Amendment of Commencement Dates Order 2010 and comes into force on 15th August 2010.
2. In article 1 (citation and commencement) of the Additional Support for Learning (Appropriate Agencies) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2010(2) for “16th August” substitute “14th November”.
3. In article 1 (citation and commencement) of the Additional Support for Learning (Sources of Information) (Scotland) Order 2010(3) for “16th August” substitute “14th November”.

This Order changes the date on which the Additional Support for Learning (Appropriate Agencies) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2010 and the Additional Support for Learning (Sources of Information) (Scotland) Order 2010 come into force from 16th August 2010 to 14th November 2010.
2004 asp 4; section 26(2)(i) was inserted by section 16 of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2009 (asp 7).
