1. These Regulations may be cited as the Additional Support for Learning (Co-ordinated Support Plan and Dispute Resolution) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010 and come into force on 15th August 2010.
2.—(1) The Additional Support for Learning (Co-ordinated Support Plan) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010(1) are amended in accordance with the following paragraphs.
(2) In regulation 1 (citation and commencement) for “16th August” substitute “14th November”.
(3) In regulation 4 (insertion of new regulation 5A) omit “issue” where it first occurs and insert “inform the person who made the request of”.
3. In regulation 1 (citation and commencement) of the Additional Support for Learning Dispute Resolution (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2010(2) for “16th August” substitute “14th November”.
