The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5F(3) and (4) of the Heritable Securities (Scotland) Act 1894(1), section 24E(3) and (4) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970(2) and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 5F(5) of the Heritable Securities (Scotland) Act 1894 and section 24E(5) of the Conveyancing and Feudal Reform (Scotland) Act 1970 they have consulted the Lord President of the Court of Session.
