In regulation 1(2) of the National Health Service (Choice of Dental Practitioner) (Scotland) Regulations 1998(1), in the definition of “the GDS Regulations” for “the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 1996”, substitute “the National Health Service (General Dental Services) (Scotland) Regulations 2010”.
