Prescribed personal data holders

4.  The following persons are prescribed as personal data holders for the purposes of section 64 of the Act:—

(a) the General Register Office for Scotland;

(b) the UK Border Agency; and

(c) Driver and Vehicle Licensing Northern Ireland.
