3.—(1) Nothing in this Schedule shall affect the operation of any enactment or agreement in force or entered into before the date on which this Order is made and regulating the relations between Network Rail and a statutory undertaker in respect of any apparatus laid or erected in land belonging to Network Rail.
(2) In this paragraph—
“statutory undertaker” has the same meaning as in the 1984 Act.
