1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Power to Refer) (Information Relevant to Listing Decisions) Order 2010 and comes into force on the same day as section 1 of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
(2) In this Order—
“the Act” means the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007; and
“the NHS Tribunal” means the NHS Tribunal constituted in accordance with schedule 8 of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(1).
2. The NHS Tribunal is a person specified for the purposes of section 8(2) of the Act.
3. The NHS Tribunal is a person specified for the purposes of section 17(5)(d) of the Act.
