3.—(1) The Rules are amended in accordance with the following subparagraph.
(2) After Chapter 97 (applications for parental orders under the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008)(1) insert—
98.1.—(1) An application under section 166(5) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009(2) for the court to determine that an exploitation proceeds order is to cease to have effect or to reduce the recoverable amount by such amount (if any) as it considers just and reasonable shall be made by motion.”.
