EDUCATION
This Order brings into force on 2ndApril 2010, the following provisions of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2009—section 1(5) (which relates to the transfer of co-ordinated support plans);section12 (which relates to applications for dispute resolution being made to the Scottish Ministers);section16 (which relates to a power enabling the Scottish Ministers, by order to specify persons from whom advice, information and support may be obtained);section20 (which relates to failure to comply with certain timescales being determined by the convener of an Additional Support Needs Tribunal, and enables decisions of a Tribunal to be reviewed).
