Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Water Industry (Scotland) Act 20021 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with paragraph 24 of Schedule 7 to the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20072, they have consulted with the Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council.
